Interactive media

Arduino powered Twitter bot

As a part of Interactive media, I got an opportunity to work on electronic circuits, arduino board, ethernet shield and different sensors. So, my first experiment with arduino was not only enduring but exciting, Prasad and Rohan helped me in abundance while creating it.First of all, Arduino is connected to a light dependent LDR(light dependent resistance) sensor. There is an ethernet shield on the Arduino which connects it to the internet. When LDR range goes from a minimum to maximum then value goes minimum to a threshold value.
Thus, the value is sent to Arduino and then it shoots a tweet through twitter. When someone extends his/her hand over the LDR like you are blessing someone, it tweets the preloaded blessings on twitter. It was a massive learning experience and has imparted me folds of knowledge that i deeply cherish and look to nurture further.
